includes patrol and utility shirts/pants all with psds with the uv map
the psds i made also allow you to change undershirt, button, tie, and tie bar colors
the file is a text doc with a link to download

please use your brain when making textures with the psd you must use the corresponding uv for shirts with/without sleeve stripes

Warstock HK416 Bravo One

MK2 Carbine and add-on (I strongly recommend you use add-on, I don't think replace works).
lazy devs didn't even put instructions to register the weapon as add-on so i did it myself the instructions and simple trainer entries are in the read me files
singleplayer by default, to install for fivem take the metas out and get an fx manifest that can stream the meta files

C3 Developments - California Mega Pack (CHP, LAPD, LASD)

DLS/SP ONLY, you can convert this to FiveM easily considering it's non-ELS.
Three packs: CHP, LAPD, LASD
Highly accurate interiors with 40mm launcher, Axon Fleet 3, etc. The LASD pack has PSDs for the liveries.
I made ELS configs for this too, as many, myself included, do not use DLS (sadly, one stage only).

FiveM conversion instructions (disregard if you don’t play FiveM):
1. Create a data and stream folder.
2. Get a random resource.lua and place it in the data folder. Make sure it supports vehicles, carcols, carvariations, and handling meta files.
3. Go into whichever car pack you want to put in your server, get the vehicles, carcols, carvariations, and handling meta files and place it into the data file.
4. Go into whichever car pack you want to put in your server, get the stream files (yft and ytd), and place them in the stream folder.

c3 cucked again go ahead and make your packs "impossible to afford"

People have had problems downloading the original and have complained that the file may be corrupt, so now it's a Mediafire link. This should be much, much easier to download.

[ELS/ADD-ON] Dean Fleet Supply LEO Vehicles

All vehicles are unmarked by default. SoundOff Signal FPIU is included but not pictured. Will update this gradually if more of his cars are leaked.
These are ULC cars so you have to mess around with the extras, i.e. disabling steady burn extras.
Too lazy to find the templates but none of them are rare and I've included the base model names in the readme.
