After so long I found a fix for SP crashing. Remove the "pickups.meta" and edit "content.xml" in the .rpf folder and remove every single entry with "pickups.meta" in it. -
Do you have modded gameconfig, heapadjuster, packfile limit adjuster, and sirensetting limit adjuster? -

The addon file appears to be corrupt. ELS VCFs work fine though.

The vehicle.meta is broken in this file and the cars won't spawn. You should use the one provided in Snappy's leak. vehicles.meta -
is this singleplayer compatible or just fivem?
