Is there anyway you could get the ELS versions?

Hi there, I know the car is NON-ELS, but when putting the car into the actual game none of the lights actually work it just shows tiny blue coronas where the lights should be flashing? Any idea's?

Not the same product seen in the photos. Very dissapointing,

Tried adding that to the DLC list and same issue as previous people the building doesn't show up.
