Not yet.. I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the double layer grass, the entrance collision. The best thing I can advise for now is use menyoo to drag yourself inside. This is an ongoing process. -

I thought I was looking at GTA San Andreas mod when I first saw this because that's what it looks like. The textures are horrible, not even realistic. You can't even see the crafting in the wood work and the velvet red should be more detailed and darker. Whoever charged $200 for this, must be their first time making mods. -

Yeah the only issue I have is whenever I get close to the Police station or walk around that area, the game crashes. Pill Box Hospital was never a friendly spot for mods.

It doesn't fix collision, Idk how to fix that but it fixes certain blurs. Outside of the hospital like the double layered grass.
