If you managed to successfully install this pack into SP using LML, this link should be all you need. I use OPEN IV dlcpacks for all natural ELS cars, and LML for all FIveM/Non ELS cars. Once you have the pack working in game you just need to rename this xml file and put it in your ELS folder for each and every car model in the pack. Did a quick ELS conversion and these work insanely well in SP. Even all the extras work great, and they look super dope with the JA Design NYPD liveries leaked on here. Thanks immensely for this, would be equally awesome to see someone leak Ripple's Rotator pack to compare. Regardless, you've help me find one of the very few packs I was still looking for, thanks.

Came back here to personally thank the uploader for the reupload. Pretty generous to give such an awesome pack out to the community, quickly has become my favorite pack I have installed so far, thanks a ton:)
