It Isn't any different too the last million that have been posted over the years -
Still has collisions etc when loaded into fivem -
Maybe you just need better internet, it downloaded first time no dramas for me... -
Doesn't work, crash as soon as you get near it.. Seems these posts are designed to direct people to discord to pay for unlocking.. But as it is currently posted the map crashes anyone near it -

seems the lighting file is broken as there are no selection for lights and most light bars dont work -
Gotta love people who get something for free then aren't willing to put in a little bit of effort themselves. -
