   So basically this resource especially made for the new ESX weight system, so it WILL NOT work with any previous version of ESX, 
   You may ask me what is the different between this and
   the integrated one from the esx_skin, bsasically..

   1. 3 different tiers for the bag (can be configured from the config.), each tier has it's own bag (can be configured too.)
   2. Animtion when you put down the bag to make it real as much as i can do..
   3. Synced each time you join the server or restart the resrouce.
   4. Made it as item (superbackpack, litebackpack, heavybackpack) (SQL File included.)
