Yes i alr said its free and available on 5mods, but the reason this is here its because a standalone mod, the free one on the website replaces the existing Firebolt ASP while this doesn't so you get them both to exist.

Have you tried adding it in the popgroups.xml VEH_TAXI section? Mine worked that way
