There's a collision down the street caused by this map. If you try to drive your car down that road, you'll hit it. They're from the palm tree on the sidewalk and the street pole next to it, but I fixed them. Location for testing and seeing collision in game: 1105.26, -512.14, 63.45 id2_rdb_3.ybn

Paleto Beach Location 57.5, 7230.77, 3.15 Statue 90.55, 7121.55, 26.66 Screenshots taken with NVE graphics mod (15 total) 130+ fps with mods This was originally "grapeseed love." I relocated that map, took the trees out and a few other unnecessary props, added a ramp to the pier, and disabled ped spawns in the seats at the table. This map doesn't feel right in the mountains. Peds will still spawn on the benches, but not the bench closest to the table. Chairs fixed, original float slightly. Angel statue easter egg on the mountain overlooking the structure. Let me know if you find any bugs or the water goes through the map....it was normal on my side.Free
This map works great. Are you able to get the other version she created in Paleto? It would be dope to match the two.
The location has been in the description since I uploaded the file and the title clearly says Vespucci Beach. Reading really is hard nowadays for people, huh? There's a coordinate in there, but since you can't even bother to read it when it's right in front of you or open the map in CodeWalker if you're truly unsure, here's an image. If you still can't find it, just uninstall the game. Good luck.
