   Make NON-ELS Vehicles ELS

   G'day! 
    
   This will help you convert NON-ELS cars to ELS. The point of this is to be able to use NON-ELS cars in GTA V LSPDFR. 
    
   HOW TO USE: 
   1. Once downloaded, open the file using 7zip or WinRar. (Both Free)
   3. Next, if it is a undercover car, use the Slicktop folder. If it is a Marked unit , use the 'Non Slicktop' Folder.
   4. Next, name the XML file to the SAME NAME as your VEHICLE MODEL files. e.g - If your car model name is '21passat' then you would name the XML file '21passat'
   5. Then drag the XML file into your 'pack_default' in GTAV/ELS/pack_default

   BMW x5 xdrive40i 2024 Version [NSWPF-Inspired] (Piping Moifications)

   This model is $30. 
    
   This is the BMW X5 2024 NSWPF HWP car used by the NSW POLICE FORCE. 
   It is NON-ELS. However, it is able to be used in singleplayer. All you need to do is the following:
    
   1. Go to my page and download the 'Make Non-ELS cars ELS' file.
   2. Once downloaded, open the file using 7zip or WinRar. (Both Free)
   3. Next, if it is a undercover car, use the Slicktop folder. If it is a Marked unit, use the 'Non Slicktop' Folder.
   4. Next, name the XML file to the SAME NAME as your VEHICLE MODEL files. e.g - If your car model name is '21passat' then you would name the XML file '21passat'

   You will need a trainer to spawn your DLC cars as RPH console doesn't "support" it.

   VICPOL - Volkswagen Tiguan [MARKED/UNMARKED] (Piping Modifications)

   Hello, welcome to my first file.
    
   This is the insanely accurate model of the VW Tiguan used by NSW and Victoria Police. The file comes with 2 folders - Marked & Unmarked.
   This model is around $25 on the Piping Mods website. I bought it not too long ago and thought I would give this a try. The file also comes with a Singleplayer folder which contains a 'dlc' pack. Just use OpenIV to install the DLC pack. There are tutorials out there to show you how to if you don't know. Or, you can watch this one:  
   NOTE: THE DLC PACK IS REQUIRED FOR THE LIGHTS TO FUNCTION PROPERLY
