Next, name the XML file to the SAME NAME as your VEHICLE MODEL files. e.g - If your car model name is '21passat' then you would name the XML file '21passat' 5. Then drag the XML file into your 'pack_default' in GTAV/ELS/pack_default

Hello, welcome to my first file. This is the insanely accurate model of the VW Tiguan used by NSW and Victoria Police. The file comes with 2 folders - Marked & Unmarked. This model is around $25 on the Piping Mods website. I bought it not too long ago and thought I would give this a try. The file also comes with a Singleplayer folder which contains a 'dlc' pack. Just use OpenIV to install the DLC pack. There are tutorials out there to show you how to if you don't know.
