They're just hosting the actual VOIP server, you can just make your own and reverse engineer the functions they send to make it actually all work. With the work you can make it functionally work.

For those who want to bypass the authenticator. The only issues you may come and find is the actual VOIP server url being changed by SCNP as its currently: https://main-1.cc.p25.scncomms.app
