Floating AC Units, Bad Pathfinding for AIs, when you on the sidewalk, the rest of the city disappears and pops back in, people are invisibile at points etc.

It works, but I am having issues with collisions on the road outside, weird car spawns floating above, and props under the map; I could use the inside screen etc. Anyone have a similar issue?
