If this is a server dumped, or stolen client, it will not work with those files alone. I am 99% certain, SCN requires a website to base their radio from. They use a license system which is very very hard to understand, and even crack itself. If you think this would be a free crack by anyone, you are sadly mistaken. This will take days, maybe even weeks just to understand the scripts, and figure out how to crack it. This isn't some 10-year old's software.
