I can send you my selax files and maybe it will work because it works great for me -
drag and drop the oiv file in openiv, install in gta and not via the mods folder. Then read READ THIS!!.txt and put the license key in Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\SELAX\reg.ini

I have leaked selax so download elle modding's police cars and selax is in the selax folder

You cannot have both selax and els, you must choose one

Have you entered the license key that is in "READ THIS!!!.text."?

You find selax in "EM_06SELAXA5", in the folder there is an .oiv file that you have to put in openiv and then on "Select location to install" choose the game folder not the mods folder.
