-Converted Jay’s Garage Indiana State Police pack to singleplayer (non-ELS).
-Converted Jay’s Garage V2 ISP pack to sp (non-els) and added the V2 separate to the google drive and a few vehicles to the base ISP pack (Do NOT add/use both Indiana State Police packs to the dlcpacks folder since there are some vehicles that use the same name)
-Added Lake County based textures to an els pack
-Added Cedar Lake IN Textures to Paul Modifications 2023 Legacy pack (Red/Blue)
