its a very nice lore taxi, but unfortunately it doesn't spawn regularly spawn in traffic. it would be however nice if you could make all the lore vehicles you have into one big pack

im not sure why its bugged for you and another person. Im using the latest version of GtaV, that could be caused by not using the latest version, overlapping stations, not enabling mpmap, or something in the dlcpacks causing it to bug out since its still working just fine for me. The fist thing i recommend doing is installing it on a clean mods folder and see if that works
