What's New In 4.0? 
Holsters can now react to the player’s actual weapon loadout instead of only swapping based on the current clothing drawable. Added support for weapon-specific holsters, such as separate holsters for Pistol, Combat Pistol, Revolver, Stungun, and other configured weapons. Added support for shared empty holster drawables, so multiple weapons can use the same empty holster slot cleanly. Added optional strict LoadoutSlot mode to prevent old/legacy entries from affecting Loadout Mode. Added tint-aware texture support for weapons such as the Stungun. Stungun tint mapping can now control the clothing texture independently from the weapon tint. Added support for holster/unholster sound effects. Added weapon-specific holster sounds for pistols, combat pistols and other weapons. (still wip) Added manual selection support for outfit editing and testing, so users can browse EUP drawables without the plugin constantly forcing changes. Improved compatibility with LSPDFR by removing CopHolster’s own animation control and letting LSPDFR handle holster/intimidation animations. Preserved legacy reactive holster behavior for older configs.

Please note, this does not come with any compatibilities to be used with EUP Menu. You will have to create all of the outfits yourself.

Please note, the way that the lightbar package is setup, you would need a trainer to spawn the lightbar you want, then attach it to your vehicle, then control it. The lightbars are provided, a script for that is not. If a script like that is requested enough, then maybe I would consider making it, as it is not a hard project at all.
