A single player friendly DLC conversion of the ONX Emergency Vehicle Pack.

- Packaged into a DLC for single player use by myself.

Please note, the way that the lightbar package is setup, you would need a trainer to spawn the lightbar you want, then attach it to your vehicle, then control it. The lightbars are provided, a script for that is not. If a script like that is requested enough, then maybe I would consider making it, as it is not a hard project at all.
