Is there any other updated versions than this? I am looking more for like V4? or custom!

You have to enable the lights thru the extras.

I know that. The light bar works, however the rear window visor light and the license plate light still don't work.

I think you need sirensetting limit adjuster for fivem on lspdfr for the dps cars to work.
