ELS XMLs Included
Unfortunately, due to limitations, this does not function like a normal ELS car and the lighting is only one stage. I just made this for people who like using ELS sirens instead of the vanilla system.
WARNING: THE 14TAHOE DOES NOT WORK. other vehicles are fine though.
