i'll try to convert all redsaint packs and do some paul mod and ja design stuff

Unfortunately, due to limitations, this does not function like a normal ELS car and the lighting is only one stage. I just made this for people who like using ELS sirens instead of the vanilla system.

WARNING: 18muscle does not work. All other cars are fine.
