WARNING: 10charger and 13tahoe do not work. All other cars work fine. Luckily they're the worst cars in the pack. I have no idea why some packs arbitrarily have all cars working, and others don't.

Unfortunately, due to limitations, this does not function like a normal ELS car and the lighting is only one stage. I just made this for people who like using ELS sirens instead of the vanilla system.
