About This File

Converted the SP file i found on here, then optimzied it for 100+ clients. i stream it 120fps on 4k no lag. enjoy.

 

GTA MAPs Edited in the conversion: 

ch1_02_grass_0.ymap
ch1_02_sea_long_0.ymap
ch1_02_sea_strm_0.ymap
ch1_roadsb_5.ybn
hi@ch1_roadsb_3.ybn

Those can conflict with other maps editing the same area. If you have another mansion, or Chumash/Pacific Bluffs map edit, this could cause disappearing ground, collision weirdness, or flicker.
