The  vehiclelayouts.meta is missing from the folder. according to the resource.lua. The truck is missing the bed when you drop into server and is throwing a error for the missing file.

should probally learn that the vehiclelayouts.meta is a singleplayer file. and the extra bodyparts are in the 'mod menu" because it's a high detail truck. This website is depressing.
