About This File

Took hours to make these, but the skins are all made by me. There simple but I decided, I'd make my public officers, highway patrol troopers, who can only use the highway system until they become official officers!

This looks terrible, it looks like the creator used paint.net to half ass this

Because just from looking at the photo shown, It was indeed used with Paint.net. Not enough work put into these liveries. Fortunately, I'm able to deskin these and allow use of any livery with these vehicles within FiveM.
