Also can be used for gang and SEB (SWAT/ERT/SERT/SRT) I do NOT claim this as my own as it isn't my vehicle

Fixed it being Fivem ready, flaws are that you need to make a folder and put it into the DLC.rpf due to LL website not allowing me to attatch the full file which includes the DLC pack and XML together,
