client is but mlo is unlocked

I don't know much about how the fxap and the encryption works however; I'm pretty sure if the client is locked, the map is not going to load correctly since it has a loading sequence and variables to use.

client is not really needed i loaded it in singleplayer works fine

It is encrypted. 

When tried to be ensured/started directly, it shuts down the entire server.

Not recommended to be started in a public server.

remove the client its fine lol its just a normal mlo doesnt need that file at all

You have to add a ydr that blanks out the old lbs customs like from another ls customs mlo from downtown
