Seeing this reminded me of an old YMAP i had that was houses in that area. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Had a data loss recently and lost all of the OG files I had....

No I ended up finding it eventually. I honestly don't remember where I found it. Wanna say it was GTA5Mods. It replaces the construction site with some houses and a park.

i have the same texture loss with some of my MLO anyone know a fix for this?

Might be it: 

If your having texture loss try to delete your cache in your fivem folder, Also restart your server and make sure u don't have any other maps crossing over in the area of this one. If u have added other maps in the area it could be giving u texture lost. Also try to up your settings with texture make it a little higher.
