They are Escrow locked.

Loo at the description they are all escrowed. Honestly I don't really see the point sometimes of uploading ecrowed stuff just upload stuff that works not trying to hate just saying if your gonna upload upload stuff that is usable for people to download.

Someone wanted me to upload them so I did as per their request.

Did people test this? VikingITA/FiveM-Escrow-System-Decrypt-Bypasser: With this, you can decrypt all escrow system from fivem (github.com) it may help

I tested on a virtual machine To be safe since it dectected an virus, but if anyone wants to try this, have a look. This is not spam ok

1. I don't trust that at all, it got pegged for viruses by both google and windows.
2. My computer won't let me open it.
3. That's nice but maybe less viruses would've been better.
