Finish the iconic Downtown Los Santos sky line with this complete redevelopment of the long-abandoned Mile High Club construction site. Inspired nearly 1:1 by the real-world L.A. Live complex in Downtown Los Angeles, this mod transforms the unfinished block into a fully realized commercial and entertainment district. The centerpiece is the towering MHC (Mile High Club), based on the Ritz-Carlton, accompanied by the connected J.R. Pierre hotel, inspired by the JW Marriott. Completing the development is the Weazel Theater, a near 1:1 recreation of the Peacock Theater with a fully modelled interior, bringing new life and entertainment to the heart of the city.
