The location has been in the description since I uploaded the file and the title clearly says Vespucci Beach. Reading really is hard nowadays for people, huh? There's a coordinate in there, but since you can't even bother to read it when it's right in front of you or open the map in CodeWalker if you're truly unsure, here's an image.
