U can't cuz they are "escrowed" meaning they are completely locked and cant be used without some sort of key, Like it was mentionned u can just take the liveries and use them on other vehicles

Any chance you could leak some vermont vehicles like VSP or burlington police dep

I don't know if you can but if you were able to leak the longueuil police vehicles with and without arrowboard from 911quebec, they are some of the best vehicles!!!
