Nice! Kinda wish we had his 2022 whalen liberty 1 pack but unfortunately it’s encrypted. -
There is a way to use non els cars in singleplayer. Either with a dlc.rpf or with lennys modloader. That’s what i use for doj’s cars. -
My guess is that the person that made this pack probably messed something up. Also this pack is out of date.

Did you install els and put the hp els.xml files in your els folder?

You have to enable the lightbar in the vehicle extras menu.

Kinda wish the chp cars weren’t escrow locked. -
The chp 2020s and the 2020 charger are escrow locked.

At this point it’s not going to get fixed. I’d say just wait ti’ll someone leaks dojrp’s stuff which is way better then tsdoj. -

Also if someone can try and dump Saf that would be awesome. The server is starting to go down hill due to recent drama and issues with members. -

That’s ok. Their server’s pretty bad anyways. Hopefully someone leaks the actual Dojrp server soon.
