Hey, this is 7vec's 'friend'. 'His' account has been suspended for one week. 'He' wanted me to tell you that although an ELS conversion is possible, this vehicle pack relies on modkits that do not function in singleplayer. As such, the vehicles will not have ALPRs, antennas, or partitions. 'He' also wanted me to tell you that this this pack is so similar to other packs 'he's' converted. Also if you can install the free wheel addon pack on LCPDFR if you want the same wheels as these cars.
