This has no issues at all,

I tried to convert this MLO and it works however I get texture loss even with other MLOs installed it’s this one here https://launcherleaks.net/file/28okgab/

the Davis Sheriff Station the texture is noticeable if you are at the mission row station and are facing towards south central and as you drive closer it’s more blurry textures. If you can fix it I would really enjoy it

Yes... I have the Redsaint Davis station working in singleplayer with no issues. Give me a day or two to restructure the files to a user friendly dlc and I'll release it

I'm not sure what you are describing about the Mission Row / Davis Station issue. Is your issue inside the Mission Row station or when you are in/around the Davis Station? Also, do you have a modded Mission Row station installed?
