Definitely 2 stars for LSPDFR since you cant do anything with SS outfits pulling over random dudes, but it'll be great for 5m because they could protect governors or presidents even mayors. Also, lspdfr eup affects the main accesories so other peds will use the same thing -

What the hell bro.. I used the outfits and then 10 minutes of ingame the game now crashes. Once I used the backup EUP it doesnt crash! Wow.. -
