Definitely 2 stars for LSPDFR since you cant do anything with SS outfits pulling over random dudes, but it'll be great for 5m because they could protect governors or presidents even mayors. Also, lspdfr eup affects the main accesories so other peds will use the same thing

It should be somewhere, even without the eup file you can still have it! Just go to IAA or FBI suit and you'll find the pin.
