it might be outdated, but at least there’s a working singleplayer version now. The other files I tried were either not viewable or completely glitched in SP. I haven’t tested it in FiveM, so I can’t speak on that side. Honestly, this is a station I’ve wanted back ever since HCFM went away, so I made it work with what’s available.

Yes that's right, a perfectly working Artex Mrpd for singleplayer (lapd textured) and for FiveM. No longer shall the people cause mayhem. i mean that's literally how it works though, especially for fivem servers. they don't want to pay because they don't know if the product is good or bad and if its good and they want to pay for the actual file and support the creator no harm in doing so. same with singleplayer mods and that they don't need there server being taken down (depending on the popularity) -
